With eight years of training experience and seven years competitive experience, Nicole also specializes in nutrition planning and figure coaching.

Tony started working out when he was 14 and has trained clients for over 20 years. Tony has witnessed the advancements in fitness technology over the years, and applies his own unique style to fitness training.
It's doubtful that you will ever see some of the exercises Tony comes up with in any other gym.
Tony believes there are many valuable training philosophies, in which he develops unique & effective training programs for all types of athletes. Tony specializes in strength training, weight loss, post surgery rehab for heart & joint patients, boxing, ostacle course & sport specific training.
